Sodexo is seeking a Lead Grounds Keeper for a private school in Claremont Ca which is located in the North Eastern foothills of the Los Angels area.

The ideal candidate will specialize in athletic fields care and irrigation and also be responsible for the overall grounds care and event set up of a 77 acre private school campus. Supervises the maintenance and development of 4 grounds and special operations staff. Duties will include but not limited to all aspects of grounds work, set up and maintenance of sport fields, track, bleacher area, natural turf, routine grounds maintenance of planting beds, shrubs, irrigation maintenance trees, roadways, parking lots, walkways, material and asset handling, snow removal, trash removal and organizing set ups and break downs of school events. The ideal candidate will have their Pesticide License. Candidate must have experience and strong knowledge in turf management/science and horticulture practices.
