Western Washington Branch News Roundup

A beautiful sunny day, a lively crew, and a good cause made for a memorable inaugural volunteer event for the Western Washington Branch.  We kicked off the morning with a welcome from Cindy Vogele, the Grounds Supervisor at the Willamette National Cemetery.  From there, we dug in and planted Calibrachoa along the border of several rose beds in preparation for their Memorial Day ceremonies, in addition to a small portion of flowerbed at the Oregon Korean Veterans Memorial.  We stayed hydrated thanks to WinField United, and were well fed with a tasty Wall Street Pizza lunch provided by Coates Landscape Supply.  Thanks to all who participated!
