Cancellation Policy
School cancellations received in writing prior to October 1, 2013 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.

Wine Tasting
During the Pre-Conference Field Trip to Huber’s Winery Orchard & Vineyards on Wed., Oct. 23, there will be an optional wine tasting available for an additional price of $5 per person. If you are interested, please make sure you register for this in addition to registering for the field trip.

Important Dates to Remember
Sept. 20, 2013 – Last day to receive Early Bird registration discount.
Oct. 1, 2013 – Last day to receive refund on cancellations.
Oct. 18, 2013 – All registrations must be received at PGMS Headquarters.
After Oct. 18, 2013 – Attendees must register onsite.
