Each attendee is responsible for individual reservations and payment.  Any room not reserved by deposit or credit card by January 5, 2025, will be released.  Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability.

***When calling for reservations be sure to let the front desk know that you are with the University Landscape Managers Association, and that YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT***

 YOU MUST PROVIDE A TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE AT CHECK IN.

Cancellations and Refunds:  A registration canceled prior to the beginning of the conference is refundable, less a $35.00 cancellation fee.  A registration canceled after the conference has begun is non-refundable.
